Where 250 National Rd, Chatham, Ontario

Tours By appointment, call or book online

Phone (519) 355-0806

Will the hall feel empty for a smaller event?

No. We bring the room in with draping, lighting, lounge areas and a dance floor sized to your party, so 80 guests feel like a full house.

What does “everything in-house” actually include?

The hall, catering, bar, décor, lighting, stage, tables, linens, a dedicated coordinator, and setup and cleanup. One booking and one team, from your first call to your last dance.

How many guests can the hall hold?

Our main ballroom hosts up to 375 guests, and our upstairs room up to 85 for smaller gatherings. We confirm the exact number for your layout.

Do you host corporate events?

Yes: conferences, AGMs, training days, holiday parties, galas and awards nights, in theatre, classroom or banquet layouts, with a 30 ft stage, catering from breakfast to dinner and a bar for the reception afterwards.

Can your chefs cook our family’s cuisine?

Almost certainly. Our in-house chefs cook Continental, Italian, Indian, Nepali and Hakka Chinese menus, and we love building dishes around your family’s favourites at your tasting.

Are weekday events really cheaper?

Yes. Monday to Thursday events can save up to 30%, with the same hall, chefs and team. Ask about your date when you enquire.

Can we bring our own DJ or photographer?

Yes. We are happy to work alongside your own DJ, photographer or planner, and our coordinator keeps everyone on the same timeline.

Do you host events for families outside Chatham-Kent?

Absolutely. We are minutes from Highway 401, about an hour from Windsor and Sarnia and an hour and a half from London, with hotels about a kilometre away. See drive times from your city and guest travel and hotels.
